Error-'Access Denied' Observed on Performing 'Alerts Subscription' Transaction (Doc ID 2937826.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to perform 'Alerts Subscription' transaction second time over the same session,
the following error occurs.

'Access Denied'

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login with 'Admin' user
2. Open Toggle menu and navigate to Others > Alerts Subscription
3. Perform the complete transaction first time, it will be executed successfully
4. Error-'Access Denied' is observed on performing the same transaction second time over the same session
