OBTFPM - 14.6.0.2 - LC Issuance - Customer Details

Hi Team,

In LC issuance page, to create new LC , in Customer id field , customer id's are not fetching. So unable to create LC issuance contract.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

users able to create LC issuance contract.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In LC issuance page, to create new LC , in Customer id field , customer id's are not fetching.
2. So unable to create LC issuance contract.

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot able to create LC issuance contract.
