Issue Can Be Summarized As:

After upgrading the production system to PS 14.5.0.6.0, OBP does not calculate and include checksum (SWIFT LAU) for outbound FIN messages.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Upload outbound FIN messages.
2.Checksum(SWIFT LAU) is not included.
3.All messages are rejected by SWIFT Alliance Access.
