Symptoms


When attempting to search cheque following error occurs.

ERROR

On Screen:
"No cheque found matching the specified criteria."


In logs:
 SEVERE [http-nio-8080-exec-16] com.ofss.extsystem.business.extsystems.HostAdapterManager.processRequest Exception in processing the ext system interface

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user.
2. Navigate to Toggle Menu > Menu > Accounts > Current and Savings > Cheque Status Inquiry.
3. Fill in required details and Search.
