ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

BC Issuance Transaction is Failing with INVALID-001 Value for field Branch Code is not valid. This error is occurring in case Payable Branch Code remain null.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
BC issuance transaction should be successfully completed if Payable Branch Code is passsed as null
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Perform BC issuance transaction with Payable Branch Code as null
2. In Sentback level, submit the transaction
3. Verify whether the transaction is successful
