Symptoms
When attempting to create a user the following error occurs.
ERROR

Invalid email id entered.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as bank Admin
2. Go to user management and create user
3. Enter email with domain name contain characters as . or - (dot or Dash).
