MX - Transaction Details Not Showing In OBDX

Symptoms
On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support
When attempting to open the details of a T2MX transaction from OBDX it returned an error. It is observed that the issue is caused because InstructionDt is missing from the response sent from OBPM.
The following error occurs.
ERROR found in debug

CommonXMLAssembler-->Exception while fetching udf..javax.persistence.NoResultException: getSingleResult() did not retrieve any entities.

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. User when attempting to open the details of a T2MX transaction from OBDX it is returned an error
