Symptoms

On KYC 812v: KYC manual promotion to the case is not working.

This issue occurs only when interested parties have multiple relationships. The select query from "F_RA_TO_CASE_MNUL" is writing multiple rows for each interested party when one of the interested parties has a different relationship.
