Same User Can Be Added In The Admin User Group Creation More Than Once (Doc ID 2940013.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The same user can be added to an admin user group more than once, leading to duplicate users in the same user group. 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------------
Applications should not allow for duplicate entries and prohibit using the same user more than once in a group.


STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login as Bank Admin
2. Search for user group management - Create
3. In the user information field - Click on Select user
4. Select a user - Click on Add
5. Add same user again and Save -> Confirm


BUSINESS IMPACT
----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, able to add same user more than once in Admin User Group
