Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
The "Date" component on the "Raise New Request" transaction is not visible to Business user (Retail/Corp) if Bank admin added "Date" component in the existing service request (Service Request-Form Builder).

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------
Date Component should be present on request form.

STEPS
--------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Login as Bank admin
2.Search for 'Service Request - Form Builder'
3.Create new request -> Add date component -> Save -> review -> confirm
4.Search for the newly created record -> Edit
The record doesn't show date component and the date selected previously.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see date component on Raise New Request form.
