ACTUAL BEHAVIOUR

User Management : User not getting SMS on their mobile number

EXPECTED BEHAVIOUR

User Management : User should be getting SMS on their mobile number for configured alerts.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:

Observe the issue, it is not sending SMS to end user.

BUSINESS IMPACT

SMS is not getting delivered to end user.
