On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Production Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
The current time displayed when user logs in to the Flexcube application is not in sync with system time 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Current log in time should be as per the system timestamp

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Log into the application
2. Validate the log in time


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, current log in time is incorrect
