Symptoms

 A user is booking an outgoing book collection. The incoming collection is going to ECA queue and the user is cancelling it.
The system is creating a return of incoming and return of outgoing collection.
The return accounting entry for the charges in OBPM has amount the same as the transaction amount (6000) instead of the charge amount for the outgoing DD (0.40).
The accounting in FCUBS however is posted properly.
