KYC Risk Assessment Screen Error when promoting a case

When a KYC risk assessment with Assessment Status as “Auto Closed” is being promoted to a case, the risk assessment screen shows an error. To be more specific, it means when we click on promote to a case, an error message pops up “Cases not created Please Contact System Administrator”. Whereas in Production environment when we click on a case, the pop-up dialog box displays a message “Cases are created, case number ”.

When investigated further, over the logs F_CUST_RA_HISTORY_MNUL functionality has return value 0 for assessment ID’s which shows error popup message but for assessments promoted to case successfully, the return value is 1.

However, when searched for the assessment ID for which error message popped up separately under KYC risk assessment screen, the assessment status changes to “Promoted to a case” and the case has been created for that particular assessment under ECM screen.
