Symptoms

Response for FCUBSCLService_QueryProduct_REQ does not return all fields.

User is first querying (FCUBSCLService_QueryProduct_REQ) and then using the data from response (FCUBSCLService_QueryProduct_RESPONSE)
to prepare the modify facility request (MODIFYFACILITY_FSFS_REQ.txt) where they are extending the expire date of facility.
