On : 11.10.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support


NEFT/RTGS posting attempts exceeded issue due to FCC-Unauthorized record Child Limit/Parent Limit

Main Line is unauthorized 




STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Modify OD/CC limit and save, do not authorize
2. 2nd Modify OD/CC limit and save, do not authorize <>
3. Do RTGS txn
4. Modify Parent Limit and save, do not authorize
5. 2nd Modify Parent Limit and save, do not authorize <>
6. Do RTGS txn
7. Authorize OD/CC Limit
8. Do RTGS txn -----Failing
9. Authorize Parent Limit
10. Do RTGS txn

When we do RTGS transaction from IPH without authorizing Parent limit, system is throwing error Main Line is in unauth status

Note :- It is failing at 8th stage.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot proceed ahead with the RTGS transactions
