Goal

The issue is on fcubs logs due to system user id. as we might have to enable system logs on FCUBS (even for few seconds in production/ uat) for analyzing FCUBS/EOD issues .

In this case ,PM Accounting ,ECA and EAC requests reaching FCUBS with user ID SYSTEM results in high disk IO due to the large volumes on BT and resulting in Timeouts /High Response time.
