ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

UI Build Issue || Cannot find module './componentCSS.json
During UI build process of 22.2.0.0.0 we are facing below issues due to which we are not able to build the UI.
1. Cannot find module './componentCSS.json.
This is the reason build is failing.
Also we have observed multiple warning messages in the build log related to non dictionary words as well as multiple component with same name and swagger issue for wallet.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

UI build should be complete without any issue.
STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. build UI for PS 22.2.0.0.0
BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot build UI for 22.2.0.0.0
