Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

In the resolved workflow page, when the user clicks on usergroup ID to view the list of authorizer user details, The page is not loading.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

In the resolved workflow page, when the user clicks on usergroup ID to view the list of authorizer user details, The page should load on the screen.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log in to an application as a corporate user
2. Perform any transaction for which manual routing is enabled.
3. Open the resolved workflow page -> click on the usergroup id

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot view the list of authorizer user details on resolved workflow page.

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment caused this issue.
