Queue Update Is Not Working For The Account. (Doc ID 2942806.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------

Observed the following behaviour while changing the Queue Status.

• When new account created without account conditions, one entry will get inserted into account conductions table the ACO_ACC_CONDITION_CD values as NO_CONDITION and ACO_ASG_CODE value as UNDEFINED.
• After account creation when new condition condition posted, account condition table is getting updated as per this new condition.
• when this new active new condition is closed  account condition table data not getting updated properly. In the account condition table ACO_ASG_CODE value is getting updated as NOQUEUE instead of updating as UNDEFINED.

Hence the queue update is not working for the account. 


EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Existing ACO_ASG_CODE and  ACO_ACC_CONDITION_CD  should not change for the existing condition in the table account_conditions when active condition is created or closed.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Create a account and check the account_conditions, account_conditions_history, account_conditions_log
2. Post a Condition on the account and check account_conditions, account_conditions_history, account_conditions_log
