ECM To SAR: MalformedURLException (Doc ID 2943184.1)

When there is ECM to SAR promotion there is URL exception, Because of this issue none of the ECM cases are promoted to SAR module

Version : 8124.

Steps :

1.Login to the ECM user

2.Choose any report which is in open status .

3.Take action and "Close & Generate SAR' by adding comment

4. Click on save.

When promoting from ECM to SAR it should create a report in SAR, but it is not promoting. and the below is the error in the logs :

java.net.MalformedURLException: no protocol: null/initiateRR

(For Your Reference: Check FCT_REGULATORY_REPORTS table if any case is created recently or not. )

Need to update the KDD_REG_REPORT_TYPE table with URL
