"Persistence Exception" Error Displays When an Alert Is Updated on the Alert Maintenance Screen (Doc ID 2943464.1)

Symptoms

When attempting to modify some of an alert in alert maintenance screen,
following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
1.Persistence exception occurred.
2.System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later.

STEPS
-----------------------
 The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
 1. Login via Administrator.
 2. System Administrator Dashboard > Communications > Alert Maintenance
 3. Choose alert module name as "Approvals" and event name as " Transaction Grace Period Expires today alert to Checker"
 4. Perform a search.
 5. Choose Transaction Grace Period Expires today alert to Checker
 6. Click on edit message settings and change any field(E.g: SMS)
 7. Click on save and confirm -> Repeat the 6 and 7 steps five times

Note : Error message "System cannot process the request currently. Please try again later" and "Persistence exception occurred" displays on the fifth attempt.
