ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Book an outgoing transfer with DCAL_OUT_LOC_FCY Source with charges.
We are testing Local pmt in Usd curr. (Scenario pmt with cover), in the PXDOVIEW function (all messages tab) we find generated two mt 202 with the same DCN.
In the PXDOTONL function (msg generated tab), we didn't find this issue.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should not generate two mt 202 with the same DCN.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, in the PXDOVIEW function we find generated two mt 202 with the same DCN
Changes
Fixed query to fetch 202 record only once in PXDALMSG
