IC Next_liq_dt Is NULL After IC Online Liquidation (Doc ID 2943860.1)

Symptoms

Next_liq_dt is updated as NULL in ICTB_ACC_PR after IC online liquidation is done.
Hence we have many accounts in such state and IC EOD batch performance is heavily degraded.
We have simulated the issue for one account for which the next_liq_dt was not NULL and after the IC online liq , the next_liq_dt became NULL.
