ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

OLDSTATS - System throwing error to maintain liquidation order for WATC status. At product level there is no option to maintain liquidation order for each status like NORM , WATC , DOUBT etc.,

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

It should not have incorrect behavior.

-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, System is throwing error to maintain liquidation order for WATC status

Changes

Product liquidation order can be maintained for fee component also, but it's optional. Added oltms_product_liq_order and lftms_product_iccf with join to fetch liquidation order component count for interest component only.
