On Payment Status Inquiry screen, 'Reference' search does not work for table view.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

On Payment Status Inquiry screen, 'Reference' search should work for table view.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login via Retail user
2. Navigate to Payments > Inquiries > Payment status inquiry
3. Click on Table view and search with 'Recipient' name
4. Observe that search function is not working.
