Symptoms
ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Empty messages can be sent while replying to mails.
EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
Appropriate error should be displayed if message is empty while replying to mails.
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced with following steps:
1. Login via user. Navigate to Mailbox -> Sent Items.
2. Select any email. Do not enter any text or space in message body
3. Click on Reply.
4. Message is sent and modal is displayed.
