ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Table Iapplication_contract_fees is not getting inserted during line account migration.

Values are not getting inserted in IAPPLICATION_CONTRACT_FEES table even though there is contract fees maintained for the instrument during line migration. After further investigation we found that in the code, the part where the IAPPLICATION_CONTRACT_FEES table needs to get inserted is inside the 'IF STATEMENT' of contract details insertion in accins_112_01.ins_acd_dtls. We don't have contract details for these accounts, so in this case its not inserting even the fees which is inside this IF STATEMENT. The code is proper for loan which is in accins_el_111_01.ins_acd_dtls.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
