Symptoms
On CRR: 8.1.2.3.0 and ECM:8.1.2.3.0
SAR filling has XSD Validation Failed error
in 812 USSAR, When a user click on the 'request for approve' button, the validation failed because in USSAR technical guide, we have the below steps:

4.2 Loading Product Supplied Metadata To load the product supplied metadata, follow these steps: Run the AtomicUSSAR.sql manually in the RR Atomic schema.

the values given in AtomicUSSAR.sql are not as per the OOB USSAR.xsd file nor with Fincen guideless
ex: dim_financial_inst_type
We have two sets of records, one set with integer(seeded) and the other with character(AtomicUSSAR.sql) in V_FININST_TYPE_CODE.

validation fails every time because the values are not supported as per xsd file.
expectation from the client:
- We need the clean-up script.
- SAR Admin doc needs to be updated if AtomicUSSAR.sql is not required to be executed as part of the post-install step.
