Symptoms
While creating new term deposit, below error is observed.
ERROR

cannot read property of undefined (reading format)
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with Retail user
2. Navigate to "Term Deposit->New TD"
3. Enter Amount.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to create new Term Deposit.

This issus is observed after deployment of 21.1.0.7.0
