ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

For overdrawn case, OBPM transaction remains in exception queue instead of auto cancel and ECA amount block not released.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

For overdrawn case, OBPM transaction should get auto cancel and ECA amount should be released.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. In latest production image with OBPM 14.5.0.6.0 patch set version
2. Create OBPM book transfer contract with transaction amount greater than available balance.
3. Check ECA block created with overrides like AC-OVD02 and not released and transaction remains in exception queue instead of auto cancel.


BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot use customer balance to extent of ECA block not released for OBPM contract failed with exception.

Advised user to maintain in screen PMDNWERR the source code and network code combination.
