Deceased Account Not Able To Close Without Unticking The Deceased Mark For Some Accounts (Doc ID 2946099.1)

Goal

As per business requirement when a cif is deceased to close the account no need to change the cif-but currently we are unable to close the account without unmarking it as not deceased which is a contradictory step.

Please suggest on how can this be done?
