ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
Faster payment not validating duplicate transactions

At the source PMDSORCE level we maintained duplication parameters as end_to_end_id, instr_id and msg_id for dulication transaction check. But system is not validating these parameters for duplication check. Transaction was not created. In the logs we see that transaction is failed and moved to queue. Transaction should have created as duplication parameters maintained are endtoendid, instrid and txid.

It should not have incorrect behavior.

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, Faster payment is not validating duplicate transactions

Changes

 Information message is set and its not returned such that it shows Transaction saved message.
