OTP Not Sending (Doc ID 2947074.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

The OTP message for authenticating transactions are not sent when confirming the transaction, and is only sent when 'Resend Code' is clicked

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Application should send OTP on confirmation.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. log into obdx by retail/corporate user
2. Perform any transaction which enable for OTP
3. OTP not coming when press on confirm its come when 'Resend Code' is clicked.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, system is not sending OTP on confirmation

Changes

 No changes done to hardware/product or environment cause this issue.
