Symptoms

On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

SIT Testing- EOD aborted in 001 and 021

EOD aborted in 001 and 021 with error:- AUTHORIZATION / MESSAGE GENERATION / ACCOUNTING HANDOFF NOT COMPLETED. CHANGE OF STATUS NOT ALLOWED, AEBMEOTI Batch. There are many Unauthorized CL entries.

EOD aborted in 001 and 021 with error:- AUTHORIZATION / MESSAGE GENERATION / ACCOUNTING HANDOFF NOT COMPLETED. CHANGE OF STATUS NOT ALLOWED, AEBMEOTI Batch.

STEPS

The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Execute EOD
2. Verify if EOD is completed without any aborts

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, users cannot complete EOD.
