When fetching the loan on the CLDACHTY screen, it is not possible to switch between the versions of the loans, the arrows are not available and it only shows one version of the loan.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Functionality to toggle through all versions should be working on this screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. View a loan which is having multiple versions on screen CLDACHTY
2. Check are the arrows available to toggle between loan versions.

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot see different versions of the loan.
