OBTFPM: Template LOV not able to fetch the details in Import LC Issuance
In Import LC Issuance, when selecting tracer details it is asking for template ID. Though values are present in the table and user have access, it is throwing an error as current user not authorized.
ERROR

error Current user not authorized(SMS-RBAC-001).
STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Launch import LC Issuance in OBTFPM.
2. Click on Tracer details.
3. System didn't show the template ID.
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users can't able to get the Template ID in import LC Issuance.
Changes
End Point is configured for the controller - TfpmTmFftTemplateApiController under SMS_TM_SERVICE_ACTIVITY table (SMS Schema).
