Symptoms

A user has pressed Generate camt.029 from R Processing Queue.
When trying to dispatch the file from PMSDSBRW the file is not generated and the error is:
org.xml.sax.SAXParseException; lineNumber: 1; columnNumber: 1574; cvc-minLength-valid: Value '' with length = '0' is not facet-valid with respect to minLength '1' for type 'Max140Text'.
