Issue With SAR Attached Document Appearing And Missing Entries In The Audit Trail (Doc ID 2948596.1)

Symptoms

On CRR 8.1.2.3.0, When a user upload/attach the document in the SAR application even though the message appears as the document was uploaded successfully, details are not appearing in UI and also actions are not getting recorded in the Audit trail.

Steps:

1. Login to USSAR
2. Navigate to documents tab and attach a document
3. document uploaded successfully message will be displayed. However, the same is not captured in the audit tab.
