Symptoms

Client unable to see 'Report Format Version' and 'Draft Report' in USSAR search and list page

Steps to reproduce:
1.Login to CRR application and open a USSAR search and list page
2.The grid is not showing 'Report Format Version' and 'Draft Report' as shown in screenshot
