User unable to update the pool maintenance - ST-CLS-002 (Doc ID 2948737.1)

Symptoms

On : 11.8.0.0.0 version, Production Support-CET

When attempting to update the pool maintenance
the following error occurs.

ERROR
-----------------------
ST-CLS-002 - Limit customer is not linked to the cluster ID group in xxx
ST-SAVE-008 - Failed to modify the record


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Select a pool maintenance to be modified
2. Ensure mismatch in the pool maintenance
3. Try to update the pool maintenance

BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot update the pool maintenance and facility can not be modified.
