For Initiate Letter of Credit Field 42P and Incoterms Dropdown Are Not in Sync with OBTF (Doc ID 2949043.1)

Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
1. During Initiate Letter of credit(LC) transaction, field 42P is mandatory in OBDX(Oracle Banking Digital Experience), but is optional in OBTF(Oracle Banking Trade Finance)
2. Incoterms Dropdown has complete description of values, in OBTF it has just the abbreviation 

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

Field validation and values in OBDX and OBTF should be in sync

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to the application
2. Navigate to Trade Finance-->Letter of Credit-->Import LC-->Initiate LC
3. Check field 42P and incoterms
