ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

'Party Id Field Is Not Getting Cleared When Clear Button Is Clicked On User Management Screen.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-----------------------
'Party Id' field should be cleared when clear button is clicked on 'User Management' Screen.

STEPS
-----------------------
1. Login the application as 'Admin' user
2. Open toggle menu and navigate to Onboarding > User Management
3. Select user from 'User Type' drop down
4. Click on 'Clear' button and observe, 'Party Id' field is still visible on the screen
