On : 14.6.0.3.0 version, Support

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR
---------------
OBO || Error while onboarding SMB

While onboarding the SMB customer, after quick initiation stage, system is going blank and giving an error screen. The error looks like that the system is down.
But the same thing is happening every time an SMB customer is getting onboarded.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
-------------------
System should work without any error.

STEPS
--------------------------
1. Go to party services and select Onboarding.
2. Choose Small Medium Businesses from the Customer Type drop down
3. Fill the required details and click on submit.
4. Next system should go to quick initiation stage directly.
5. Fill business details.
6. Fill the Address.
7. Click on next and go to the last step of quick initiation stage.
8. Submit & System is going to blank screen.

BUSINESS IMPACT

Due to this issue, user can't able to onboard the SMB customers.

Changes

 Resolved the router redirect url issue.
