Issue With Decimal Amounts In Real Time Fraud Monitoring (Doc ID 2949280.1)

Goal

The issue is related to real time Wire Fraud monitoring on AAI 8122 and BD 8123. Whenever the transaction amount in the request json to OFSAA contains a decimal value (for ex, 1000.00/2500.50), the transaction amount is not being stored in FCC_FR_TRANSACTIONS, and the amount is not displayed in the UI as well.The application should be able to process decimal values as well, as amounts are not always whole numbers.
