On : 14.5.0.0.0 version, Implementation Support

AD - Branch 011 - Manual account opening failed to save

Error message 'failed to save the record' when manually opening an AD account in branch 011 with balance of £0.00. For this account, when the bal is amended to £1 - the system allows the deposit to save.

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. From STDCUSTD open a TD account with 0 balance.
2. Verify if user is able to save and authorize the record successfully

BUSINESS IMPACT

The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, users cannot create a 0 balance TD account
