Unable To Save Contracts- Getting Settlement Pickup Failed Error (CS-TF-022) (Doc ID 2949896.1)

Symptoms

The contracts are not getting saved in branch other than home branch where the DEFAULT_BIC ='N' in STTM_CORE_SWIFT_ADDRESS table. 

The reason is, in CSPKS_TF_SPLIT package FN_CREATE_SPLIT_TAGS function, the code is written to fetch the records which has default_bic flag ='Y and the exception block is missing. So, for branches where the default_bic='N', when the contract is saved, records are not available, and the exception block of the function is executed throwing error.
