Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Account dropdown is not loading in Rule Management.

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR
--------------------------------
Account dropdown should load in Rule Management.


STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1. Login to OBDX with admin user
2. Navigate to "Rule Management"


BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue, user is not able to create rule for corporate users.

Changes

No changes in the environment, product, account or hardware triggers this problem.
