Symptoms

ACTUAL BEHAVIOR

Bank Transfer (202 ) message is generated "External pending" as Message status

EXPECTED BEHAVIOR

System should generate the message

STEPS
-----------------------
The issue can be reproduced at will with the following steps:
1.Perform the BC liquidation.
2.Verify the message generation
 
BUSINESS IMPACT
-----------------------
The issue has the following business impact:
Due to this issue,messages are not getting generated.
