Symptoms
On OFSLLFP 8.1.2 version, Task "Generate Cash flows and EIR " is getting failed of "LLFP_EIR_INST_DATA_POP" batch
User unable tor generate cashflows for EIR (LLFP).

1. While triggering the EIR Task, cashflow is not getting generated in LLFP 8.1.2 version.
2. Failed of "LLFP_EIR_INST_DATA_POP" batch
3. Unable to generate cash flow for EIR
